The apartment

A comfortable one-bedroom apartment of 28 m² with a double bedroom, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom, on the second floor of a tower building with two lifts. The building has a caretaker service, and the front doors and lifts are always open. You can park in the quiet street in front of the building or, if there is space, in the car park at the back; you can stop for a few minutes at the entrance to load and unload your luggage.

The apartment has three panoramic windows overlooking the village and the mountains, with normal and blackout curtains. The interiors, renovated at the end of 2017, have a contemporary, cheerful and welcoming style, with wooden floors, light-coloured furniture and plenty of light. My family and I often use the apartment for our own summer and winter holidays, so we have tried to make it as comfortable as possible.

Our apartment is officially registered as a holiday rental with the Province of Trento, CIPAT code 022213-AT-053057.

Living room and kitchen

The living area has a simple kitchen with a sink and draining rack, a pantry, a fridge with freezer and two electric hobs of different sizes, a microwave and a toaster; crockery and cookware are provided. There is also an easy-to-open sofa bed for 2 people and a table for 4 next to the 32” flat-screen TV. The sofa bed can be made up as a double bed or as two single beds side by side.

You can adjust the heating yourself with the thermostat in the apartment. Electricity, water and heating are included in the price.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin with cabinet, bidet, shower and an extractor fan.

What to bring

To keep our prices low we do not provide linen: please bring bed sheets, pillowcases and towels and, if you like, a bath mat. We provide all-season duvets with covers and throws. For the sofa bed you can bring either single or double sheets.

We know how important it is to have plenty of hangers to dry ski suits, so we have put in as many as possible; the same goes for power sockets, to charge phones and cameras. At the entrance there are boot racks for wet or muddy ski boots, so the floor stays clean.
