The apartment is open all year round, except in June, when it may be closed for a few weeks. Prices vary a lot during the year between low and high season, and include all utilities such as heating, water and electricity.
The prices on this website, linked to the AvaiBook booking system, are the lowest you will find online, because there are no commissions to pay to travel portals such as Booking and Airbnb, which can be as high as 22% of the cost of your holiday.

Once you have booked, whatever system you used, the only thing to pay on site is the tourist tax of the Province of Trento: 1 euro per person per night for guests aged 14 and over, charged only for the first 10 nights. Children under 14 and the other categories provided for by provincial law (art. 15 L.P. 8/2020) are exempt.
